Orders ship within two business days, excluding weekends. On average, domestic orders are delivered within 5–7 business days unless expedited shipping is selected.
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. Tracking information is automatically sent once available. These timeframes apply to ready-made products only.
Pre-order items require an extended production period due to our hands-on assembly and small-batch manufacturing process. Production timelines may vary depending on the item and its complexity.
INTERNATIONAL:
International orders ship within three business days, excluding weekends. Delivery times vary by country, but orders typically arrive within 14 business days or sooner.

Please note that we are not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees required by your country. By placing an order, you accept full responsibility for any applicable charges.
SHIPMENT POLICY & OVERVIEW:
We are committed to providing a streamlined and efficient order process. Confirmation emails are sent immediately after purchase, followed by a separate tracking email once your shipment is processed. All packages are fully trackable throughout transit.
Once an order has been shipped and has left our facility, responsibility is transferred to the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are in transit.
